Organizing Articles and Categories in Knowledge Management Software
| Omnistar Knowledge Management Software allows
you to easily control how your Knowledge Management Software articles are
displayed on the front end. You can control many elements
of the system interface from the back end, and you
can easily change the order in which articles are
displayed. This allows you to easily keep your system
running exactly the way you need it to.

STEP 1: Organize based on Order Added
From the main Admin screen, select System Settings. From here, scroll to the bottom. You can organize your categories and articles from the radio buttons at the bottom of the page. If you select Do not automatically sort categories or articles, your Knowledge Management Software will post categories and articles in the order you add them.

STEP 2: Organize based on A-Z
From the main Admin screen, select System Settings. From here, scroll to the end of the page. You can organize articles and categories from this section. If you select Automatically sort categories or articles in alpha order starting with "A," you can post categories and articles in alphabetical order.

STEP 3: Organize based on Z-A
From the main Admin screen, select System Settings. From here, scroll to the end of the page. You can organize articles and categories from this section. If you select Automatically sort categories or articles in alpha order starting with "Z," you can post categories and articles in reverse alphabetical order.
