Manage User Questions

In this
section of the knowledge base software review you can view
and respond to questions submitted by users if you enabled
that option in your knowledgebase. Click on a question to
respond.

When you respond
to a question, it will bring you to the Add Article page
shown here. The user's question will automatically be entered
as the title of the article, and the category they selected
will also be selected here. You can also notify the user
of your response via e-mail by selecting the first option.
The user will receive an e-mail containing the contents
of the article.
