Article Attachments

On the next screen of the knowledge base software you will see a list of current attachments as well as options to add, edit, and delete attachments.

Attachments can be uploaded from your home computer, but they must be associated with an article when uploaded. Anyone with access to the article will be able to download the attachment.

Field	Description
Article:	Select the article you would like to attach this document to
Upload File:	Browse to the document and select it to upload
Name:	This is the display name of the document
Description:	This is a brief description of the document.
